Neil Andrew Roberts on POCSO act 2012

New Delhi: Youngistan Podcast on September 14, 2024 covering POCSO Act's 2012 Provisions and its various Pros and Cons related with effected parties and authorities involved in the acts attracting the imposition of the Act's provisions. Neil has been involved in Child Welfare activities from the past 22 years and has been a member of Child Welfare Committee UT Chandigarh, Neil has also highlighted various misunderstandings of the Act which are generally prevalent in the public on the contrary to the existing law. Neil has also expressed a need for making society aware about the provisions of POCSO Act as after a certain level strict law does not help alone.
